Your tasks

• You are responsible for the support of our products from the initial idea to the market launch and beyond their complete product life cycle
• You proactively provide our procurement team with all the necessary information and requirements for the required components when searching for suitable suppliers
• You monitor and control the progress of the respective projects and products
• You review the performance and success of products launched on the market, regularly assess manufacturing costs and identify optimisation opportunities throughout the entire product life cycle
• You work hand in hand with the design, production, quality assurance, purchasing, marketing and sales teams

Your qualifications

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship or a technical degree or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial experience in product management – ideally in the furniture industry
• You identify with our products, pay attention to detail and have creative ideas and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• International travel with exciting insights into our suppliers and customers is no obstacle for you
• You have very good knowledge of all common MS Office programmes
• You are characterised by a structured, responsible and independent way of working
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills are a matter of course for you

Your tasks

• You will assume overall responsibility for our SALES team for the WAGNER Living brand
• Based on our goals and brand values, you will continuously develop our sales activities worldwide by actively supporting our sales team in the retail and project business in the direction of growth and innovation
• You are enthusiastic, confident in dealing with architects, designers and planners and can exemplify this to your sales team
• Networking is part of your daily business
• You have the analytical side of sales under control, manage all employees of our sales team in the office and in the field in a collegial manner and are on site yourself for large customers and project leads
• You are a strategist and analyst, sounding out trends and opportunities as well as market observation are also part of your routine
• You are an absolute brand professional and work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure that all sales requirements for the implementation of our brand communication are met

Your qualifications

• You are enthusiastic about good design and sophisticated architecture
• You have a degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification and are fluent in English
• You are a professional in the field of project and property sales and are passionate about acquiring interior projects from renowned architects and planners
• You are a brand professional and have mastered the implementation of our USPs, also with regard to sales responsibility and growth targets
• You enjoy travelling
• You are a designer, motivator and coach
