Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the support of our products from the initial idea to the market launch and beyond their complete product life cycle
  • You proactively provide our procurement team with all the necessary information and requirements for the required components when searching for suitable suppliers
  • You monitor and control the progress of the respective projects and products
  • You review the performance and success of products launched on the market, regularly assess manufacturing costs and identify optimisation opportunities throughout the entire product life cycle
  • You work hand in hand with the design, production, quality assurance, purchasing, marketing and sales teams

Your qualifications

  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship or a technical degree or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained initial experience in product management – ideally in the furniture industry
  • You identify with our products, pay attention to detail and have creative ideas and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
  • International travel with exciting insights into our suppliers and customers is no obstacle for you
  • You have very good knowledge of all common MS Office programmes
  • You are characterised by a structured, responsible and independent way of working
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills are a matter of course for you

Your tasks

  • You will acquire new customers, from upmarket specialist retailers to hospitality and medical companies to demanding projects, and support them, as well as our existing customers, with the aim of
    increasing sales and market penetration
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales, revenue and contribution margin targets and will coordinate quotations, price agreements and framework agreements for our customers accordingly
  • You will be active and present: at customer sites, at events, trade fairs and exhibitions
  • You will be the most important point of contact for our customers on site – whether for initial consultations or for managing complex project orders. You will achieve the best possible results for our customers by working closely with our internal sales team and all support teams at our headquarters in Langenneufnach.
  • You report to the business/sales management and use modern tools such as our CRM system to do so

Your tasks

  • You will be independently and holistically responsible for acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers in the sales area with the aim of continuously expanding the customer structure and maximizing sales
  • You will be responsible for sales in the sales area and will take measures to ensure that sales targets are met
  • You will coordinate offers, price agreements, and framework agreements
  • Participation in trade fairs, events, customer events, and workshops is mandatory for you
  • You will organize your customer visits and customer acquisition either in the form of face-to-face appointments with corresponding route planning or digitally from your home office
  • Before, during, and after the awarding of contracts, you will be the first point of contact for the customer on site, the partners involved, and your colleagues at the company headquarters in Langenneufnach
  • You ensure consistent documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
  • You work closely with the internal sales team in Langenneufnach to provide our customers with the best possible support
  • You report regularly to the overall sales manager
