The aim is to offer all employees an ergonomic and individually adapted workplace. Suggestions for improving working conditions can be submitted via our Top-UP program. Ideas that are implemented &#8211; such as product optimizations or ergonomic improvements &#8211; are awarded prizes.<br \/>Measures that have already been implemented include height-adjustable assembly tables, anti-fatigue mats, lifting devices and optimized packaging solutions that have measurably reduced physical strain (by 1,691 tonnes).<br \/>A separate occupational safety committee meets quarterly and an annual site inspection is also carried out. Cooperation with the employers&#8217; liability insurance association and company doctors complements our measures. We are currently supporting 14 apprentices in the professions of industrial clerk, IT specialist for system integration, e-commerce clerk and warehouse logistics specialist.<br \/>To support them, all trainees receive an iPad and pen for vocational school. They take on their own projects in the bi-weekly \u201cAzubi-LAB\u201d. Managing Director Peter Wagner is on hand to advise the trainees personally.<br \/>Values such as \u201ccommunity\u201d and \u201ccommitment\u201d play a central role. Aktuell begleiten wir 14 Auszubildende in den Berufen Industriekaufleute, Fachinformatiker f\u00fcr Systemintegration, Kaufleute im E-Commerce und Fachkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr Lagerlogistik.\nZur Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten alle Azubis ein iPad samt Stift f\u00fcr die Berufsschule. Im zweiw\u00f6chentlichen \u201eAzubi-LAB\u201c \u00fcbernehmen sie eigene Projekte.
